Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, 9/80 schedule (36 hours one week, 44 hours the next)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Assembler I to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This role is responsible for assembling products according to work instructions, ensuring quality and accuracy in the assembly process. The position provides full training and support to ensure success in the role. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Read and verify work instructions to ensure the correct product assembly.
• Collect and set up required materials and tools for assembly.
• Assemble parts, inspect own work, and complete assembly tasks as per instructions.
• Perform required training in a timely manner.
• Assist other manufacturing staff as needed.
• Help with projects and other duties as directed by management.
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required by work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience or training.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong visual and color vision (ability to distinguish colors and depth perception).
• Ability to work in a compliance-oriented, regulated environment.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic computer skills..

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC soldering certification (preferred).
• Soldering skills required.
