Position: Art Studio Manager
Are you an experienced professional with a keen eye for organization and a passion for the arts? Join our team as the Art Studio Manager and lead our studio to new heights of excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage projects,, and maintain a strong online presence. The right candidate, will have excellent organization and multitasking skill, strong ability for attention to detail, exceptional administrative skill, be self-driven, good problem solver and a passion for the arts.
Responsibilities:
Studio Operations: Ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the art studio.
Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of various art projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Digital Presence: Manage and maintain the studio's online presence, including social media accounts and website content.
Client Interaction: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
Events Coordination: Plan and execute studio events, from exhibitions to workshops, to enhance the studio's visibility and reputation.
Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to promote the studio and its artists.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and record-keeping with precision and attention to detail.
Artistic Support: Provide support to artists in the studio, assisting with artwork production and ensuring the maintenance of studio equipment and supplies.
Trend Analysis: Stay informed about trends and developments in the art industry, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the studio's competitiveness.
