Job Description

Art Models must be available during the scheduled class meeting times of ART 200 for the Spring 2026 semester, which begins Jan. 12, 2026. Specific days/times TBD. Summary : Art models will pose nude for classes in Figure Drawing so that students may better understand the human body as represented in their figurative art. We hire models for an art class that focuses on drawing the figure. The position pays $60.00 per 3-hour class session ($20.00 per hour). Models can plan on being scheduled for 4-6 class sessions during the semester. For hygienic and safety reasons, we ask that models bring sandals or slippers for in-between poses, as well as a robe or towel for breaks. Our models get a break half-way through class, and shorter breaks as well. Qualifications : We are looking for reliable, professional, and punctual applicants who understand that they will be modeling nude and can hold seated, standing, and reclining poses for short, medium, and long periods of time. Previous experience is nice but not required. We welcome all body types and a diversity of appearances, including tattoos and a range of ages (18 and older, of course). Preferred Qualifications : Ability to stay still for long nude poses such as: seated, standing, and reclining for a long duration of time. Must be reliable, punctual, and mature.
