Job Title: Architectural Designer

Location: NY

Compensation:$100,000 - 140,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, collaborating with clients, and producing technical drawings and construction documents. This role requires a strong understanding of both exterior and interior architecture, as well as design development and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs and budget.
• Create technical drawings and construction documents using Revit and other software.
• Develop designs for both exterior and interior spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design vision is executed accurately.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling presentations and visualizations of design concepts.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and construction documents.
• Experience in exterior and interior architecture design.
• Demonstrated ability in design development and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Financial management experience related to design projects.
