Description:
Responsible for transporting patients to their appointments, homes, nursing homes, and other locations as needed. Essential Key Job Responsibilities - Transport MercyOne patients in a wheelchair van to various locations and appointments. - Must be capable of navigating to MercyOne facilities and other places around Iowa to ensure accurate and timely transportation of patients. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and scheduled maintenance. - Must be able to prepare and adjust schedules. - Requires ability to use IPAD and mobile devices to track and manage assigned trips. - Excellent customer service skills.
