What does it mean to be a Dauntless Delivery Associate? Dauntless Delivery, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), has immediate openings for package delivery drivers, both for our regular "cargo vans" and our larger "step vans". Any employees approved to drive step vans will receive paid training and assistance in obtaining the required credentials (step vans require a Class C Non-CDL License).
Delivery Associates start at $21.75 an hour with daily incentive bonuses and monthly safety bonuses . Our 10-hour shifts
start at 9 am .
As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon Prime van, dropping off packages to Amazon customers. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work an average of 4 days per week and about 10 hours per day.

What You'll Need: - Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid IL driver's license
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a drug test

Full list of Qualifications: - At least 21 years-old with a valid IL driver's license and clean driving record (motor vehicle record check required)
- Ability to read and speak English
- Able to lift & carry packages up to 50 lbs. and get in and out of van continuously with or without reasonable accommodations
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to operate and navigate a delivery van and pass a road test
- Being able to climb in and out of a van 200 + times a day
- Comfortable with technology and operating multiple apps on a mobile device daily
- MUST have open availability - Saturdays and/or Sundays are required; schedules will differ from week to week
- Must be available the entire day on days you are scheduled (no partial shifts)
- Reliable transportation to work and history of good attendance
- Desire to work in all Chicago weather conditions
- Prior Amazon Flex or commercial delivery experience is a plus
