ALJP Consulting seeks new Consultants to work with clients on a variety of projects including executive search services, board coaching and development, strategic planning, facilitation and other related services for non-profit arts and culture organizations.

Your Areas of Accountability
Consultants are responsible for the execution of tasks and deliverables for the project. They work in collaboration with the Project Manager to provide support and action steps for client organizations.

Who Are We Looking For?
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in the nonprofit arts and culture sector, who is interested in working with nonprofit arts organizations as a consultant, nationwide. The person will be passionate about equity and diversity, and reimagining a more inclusive and accessible arts and culture sector.
ALJP Consultants must have flexible schedules with some daytime, weekday availability. Consultants will ocassionally need to travel to various locations for site visits with clients in cities like NYC, Los Angeles and Chicago.
