Responsibilities:

You will learn to perform the following functions throughout your employment:

  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
  • Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport.
  • Navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
  • Professionally interact with high-profile passengers.
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid US work Authorization
  • Able to speak, read and write in English
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays & overtime
  • Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying
  • Computer Literate
  • Common sense and organized
  • Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions
  • Able to read & comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of duties at an airport including assisting customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions.
  • Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, and other functional areas.
  • Maintain appropriate and professional interaction with airline passengers, clients, and crew.
  • Complete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling.
  • Operate machinery in accordance with operational policies and standards.
  • Operate computers, printers, and other equipment to manage data and information confidentially.

  • Varied shifts within a 24-hour clock

Involves continuous people interaction and exposure to aircraft sounds.
