6+ years of overall experience in IT/Software Development, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile team leader.
Strong command and hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence .
Proven knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Minimum of one certification :
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Familiarity or hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , DevOps tools , and associated processes.
Previous experience working within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector or peer banking institutions.
Experience working in hybrid or scaled Agile environments.
