Immediate need for a talented Account Coordinator 1 (LPN/BSN/RN) . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas.TX(Remote -Texas ) . Key Responsibilities: Shift timings: No OT 8a-5p (CST), okay to work in EST area but MUST be able to work in CST. The main purpose of an account coordinator is to serve as customer support for client accounts ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This person will work very closely with Corporate Accountant team which is an avenue that can possibly open up more doors. Establishing the new vendor within Client’s systems; Process Invoices for payment, check payment status, generate reports, review accounting data and summarize. (80% of the role); Reporting tasks to the state (excel files, putting together, then sorting) Daily emails and chats; Teams calls Very small, minimal turnover. Not have any type of Accounting education/knowledge, principal/practice. Will check monthly accruals; month end closed projects to tally up. As accountants are performance expectation are high. We try to ensure minimal errors and timely reporting. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:LPN/LVN/BSN/RN, Accounts Payable, Invoicing. Experienced Accountant Organized & detailed Good with Excel, pivot tables, V lookup Basic knowledge of debits & credits (Accounting). Must be able to handle high volume workload as this role is faced-paced. Must be able to prioritize; knowledge of credits and debits; 2-4 years of Accounts payable, billing. Associate’s degree in accounting- (ie: Accounting Principles) NO EXCEPTIONS. Best is having minimal supervision as this individual must be able to handle high volume workload.
