Salary: $19- $20 per hour

JOBSUMMARY:

To provide leadership in the areas of housekeeping, laundryand service tech,quality,and Inventorycontrol.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads teams andassiststhe Managerand AssistantManagerin organizing shift work in servicing and cleaning of all assigned guest rooms, buildings, and all work areas.
  

• Inspectsguest rooms, buildings, meeting spacesand other areas as assigned.
  

• Reports any repairs, concerns, and facility needs toManagerandAssistant Managerand/or proper departmentand place work orderto get workaccomplished.
  

• Stocks trailers,storage roomsand all other areas as assignedas well asinventory control and replenishment.
  

• Assistin the organization and cleaning of the warehouseandassistin pest controlof cabins and meeting spaces
  

• Assistteamin settingupguest rooms, meeting rooms, buildings, and otherareasasrequired(inside or outside).
  

• Assistteam in settingup and movingfurniture asrequested.
  

• Assistswith seasonal changeover.
  

• Completes dailyvehicle inspections, and keepsvehicles and equipment clean
  

• Assistsin developingand traininghourly staff in areas of cleaning,chemicaluse, equipment,PPEand safety procedures, meeting space set up and other trainingrequired.
  

• Participatein team leader training on an ongoing basis.
  

• Workcloselyand provide all feedback, inspection, tasks and workload assignmentstothe Managerand Assistant Manager on a daily,weekly,andmonthlybasis.
  

• Stays awareof OSHA Safety Standards andassistsin organizing trainingin accordance withsafety standards.
  

• Works closely with the Laundry Lead,Housekeeping Leads, ServiceTechnicians,and otherhousekeepingstafftoaccomplishall work tasks and assignments.
  

• Supports andparticipatesin staff spiritual life activities.
  

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Housekeeping experiencerequired.
  

• Supervisor or lead experience preferred.

• Able toaccomplishassigned projectsutilizingeffectivecommunication, project management, time management and collaboration skills.
  

• Demonstrate the ability to perform high quality, detailed work,including reading and understanding the information sheets.
  

• Servant heart and Christ-like attitude.
  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises housekeeping,laundryand service technicianstaff.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, andrequiressufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operatelarge and smallaccommodationtools and machinery. Requiresmoderate - heavyphysical work; some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 30pounds. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
