Essential Job Functions:

• Control the flow of all outbound trailers
• Collaborate with Transportation Planner and Shipping Supervisor to review wave plan and freight flow
• Systemically tying trailers to doors for carton to pallet scanning
• Ensure the correct load plans are applied to all assigned doors
• Inspect the condition of equipment prior to loading and dock locking all trailers
• Confirm the correct trailers are in the applied doors through ShipView
• Ensure that pallets are moving first in first out on the shipping floor, and throughout every lane
• Spot check pallet builds and pallet wrap integrity
• Verify and sign off on load plans
• Process BOLs in ShipView
• Confirm correct load order (nose to tail loading) on multistop shipments
• Organize and execute specialty seasonal set loading
• Partner with Transportation office on new store trailers
• Oversee the moving of all LTL, and DTS Box Trucks to its designated staging area
• Completion of additional responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs
• Ability to load a pallet
• Possess a solid understanding of Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain processes
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Proficient in Microsoft

Experience

• 3-5 years in an operational/transportation setting
